It is meant for individuals who desire to use their professional or polytechnic diplomas and certificates to secure (direct entry) admission into the university so they can start a 3-year bachelor’s degree programme in any of the following courses beginning in September 2017 see official website nipr.org.ng
NIPR Available Courses
Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, History and Diplomatic Studies, Psychology, Political Science, and Economics.

Holders of Professional Certificates and Diplomas awarded by the following professional and Examination Bodies are eligible to apply:
NIM, CIBN, ICAN/ATS, BEEC, NIPR, NIPSM, APCON, and NIMN
It is a special national pilot project meant to cater for 1000 bright and enterprising young people who have a strong desire to use the opportunity of a quality university education to climb out of financial insecurity and help in the development of their communities.
Entrepreneurship, Employability and Community Development training is an integral part of every course available. It is a collaborative project of the university (in the Lagos axis) running the programmes, major professional bodies in Nigeria, key private sector organizations in the country and some international NGOs focusing on entrepreneurship education, training and research.
