The University of Ilorin, UNILORIN Has Appointed A New Vice Chancellor, Prof Sulyman Abdulkareem.
Sulyman Abdulkareem has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of University of Ilorin by the management.

The university’s Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the council, Abdullahi Oyekan, announced the appointment on Monday.
The appointment will take effect on October 16 as the tenure of the outgoing vice chancellor, AbdulGaniyu Ambali, ends on October 15.
He was born in 1954 at Oro, Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara.

Mr Abdulkareem is a professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering.
He was once vice chancellor of the Alhikmah University, Ilorin.
He schooled at the University of Detroit in 1980 where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering and also at the University of Louisville, in 1988 where he earned a PhD in the same discipline.
