- On the form that opens, fill in your Surname, Middle Name and Last Name.
- Enter your email address and Phone number in the next two fields
- Now choose your programme: Full-time HND or Part-Time HND (DPP)
- Check the box to agree that you have checked and confirmed your course is available
- Finally, click the “Click to buy an application form button”.
- Candidates applying for HND admission of Ibarapa Poly, Eruwa should print out the application form when you are done. You can always go back to the portal to print it too.
